Here are some of the questions we’ve been asked most often.

1. How do I return or exchange a product to State Traditions?

We want to make sure that you always get a perfect fit, so State Traditions will gladly exchange any unused product that you purchased from our website for the correct size if you send the product back to us within 45 days and include a note with what needs to be exchanged and the order number if available. Also please include a name and valid shipping address to ensure delivery. If you don’t like the product that you purchased from StateTraditions.com, just send that unused product back to us, and we will give you a refund or credit toward your next purchase. If you need to make an exchange or return, please contact us at service@statetraditions.com. Click here for a return form to print, fill out, and include with your return. 

2. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

It is possible to change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you would like to change your order, please just contact us as soon as possible at service@statetraditions.store

3. When will my order be shipped?

Your order is typically shipped by U.S. Postal Service unless specified to ship via Fed Ex. All orders received for in stock items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, and you will receive your package thereafter depending on shipment selection. Please contact us at service@statetraditions.com if you have any special requests. We're always open to try to accommodate.

4. How much will it cost to ship my order?

Standard shipping costs are set by U.S. Postal Services and will be calculated at checkout. Expedited delivery costs can be selected and will also be calculated at checkout.  All orders over $75 receive FREE SHIPPING!

5. Can you ship my order to an address outside the U.S?

Yes. Just contact us at service@statetraditions.com to get information about our international shipping rates.

6. Who do I contact regarding wholesale?

7. How should I wash and dry my State Traditions polo shirt?

We recommend you machine wash on cold with like colors. Do not use bleach. Do not use softeners. Tumble dry on low to avoid shrinkage. Cool iron if necessary. Do not dry clean.

8. Do your belts run true to size?

Yes, our belts run true to size, and it is our recommendation to order your belt size one larger than your pant waist size.  (e.g. - 32 pant needs a 34 belt)
